Roller Derby Workout will be an 8-week challenge that encourages Roller Derby Girls to get in shape by following a 60 day blog guideline presented by Roller Derby Workout. The blog will offer two instructions per day including a meal plan and a fitness routine. Once a week the blog will also present an article that encourages all around derby fitness with topics ranging from nutrition to skate maitenance. We will also incorporate short youtube videos that show different excersizes. Twice a week the RDW video will be homework encouraging everyone to purchase the video.

Each roller derby girl that signs up for the RDW Challenge will be encouraged to keep a personal blog charting the progress of her journey. Each Friday the girls will be asked to answer questions listed by the main RDW Challenge blog. We will encourage the girls to befriend each other on the blog network and share their experiences. At the end of the 8-week program we will randomly choose one of the blog owners RDW Challengers out of a hat helmet and so long as the winner we choose has kept their blogs reasonably up to date she will be awarded an opportunity to travelround trip ticket to Los Angeles and have a training session at the renowned 87eleven facility as well as train with the two greatest leagues in Los Angeles ACDG (WFTDA Flat track derby) and the LA Derby Dolls (the very exclusive competitive banked track derby league)
